Hi everyone! Welcome to Dolce and Ricotta. My name is Nadia I’m just a mommy & wife who loves to cook & capture the beauty of food.
I’ve been passionate about all things food for as long as I can remember.  Combining that with my love of photography is the foundation of this page. I love presenting food in the most beautiful ways because you eat with your eyes first!
My love of food & my palate come from my dad. I watched so much food network with him especially Guy Fiere! I am a proud Pakistani American so you'll see that throughout my page through my food.
I’ve spent so much time learning about food through cooking, eating, watching, & reading about it! 
I'm looking forward to continue sharing my love of food, my knowledge & my recipes with my fellow foodies!
